I liked:
Beautiful rooms, good breakfasts and lovely dinner/bar area. Excellent location, friendly and knowledgeable staff, especially the front desk and concierge. Very helpful in getting us to the train station for our train to Budapest-recommended a taxi, which was certainly the way to go. Loved that they would let us know the weather for the next day, a must for October. Excellent location for getting to the 'Ring' and all the other wonderful sights in Vienna. Would definitely stay there again on my next visit to Austria.

Beautiful hotel, nice room, absolutely fantastic service and perfect music in the lobby. I would recommend this for everyone who is going to vienna.

Internet connection was sometimes very slow

I liked:
The hotel had an excellent location and the room was spacious.
I disliked:
The website lacked clear directions to the hotel. As first time visitors to Vienna, and non-German speakers, this made for a confusing introduction to the city. Maid service was spotty (no towels our first day and our room was not done up until after 5:00 pm on another day) Despite these issues, the hotel was good value for the money and we would stay there again.

I liked:
Staff very polite at all times. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. In a very good location for everthing in the City. Would recommend it and go back again.
I disliked:
We did have to wait to be served in the bar because there was only one member of staff serving in the bar and the restaurant. He was very apologetic but could have done with some help.
